Babel Restaurant has been chosen as a finalist in the ‘Beyond Expectations’ Award for Great Food and Excellent on a Wine Farm category of the ‘Klink’ Wine Tourism Awards. This is the first consumer-driven interactive wine tourism award in South Africa, launched by Wine Tourism South Africa in collaboration with the country’s avid wine lovers.

    My wife and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary belatedly by a few days. The reason was that I did not know we should book so long in advance. After our experience of Babel last Thursday I know why the restaurant is so popular. We wish to thank everyone for a memorable experience, especially the waitress who gave us a bouquet of vegetables to take home.
